The National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) has a financial assistance program for artists and cultural workers under the state of calamity due to the current COVID-19 situation in the country. This assistance program is for those working in Library and Information Services.
Please note that this grant is intended for those working in job order status and contract of service.
These are the requirements to avail of the grant:
- Scanned PRC Identification Card or License
- Scanned employment ID
- Personal declaration/certification that you have not received any form of salary, incentive, social amelioration, etc. from the government (DSWD, DOLE, etc.) during the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine. (Attach signature above your printed name.)
