Designed to make the Filipino language more accessible to learners, educators, and the general public, the app brings the official Diksiyonaryo ng Wikang Filipino directly to smartphones. KWF Diksi is now available for free on both Google Play and the Apple App Store . It offers a comprehensive database of Filipino words, definitions, and usage notes, based on KWF’s authoritative language resources. The Manila City Library has officially opened the doors to its brand-new building this November 3, 2025, marking an exciting new  chapter for public access to information and community engagement. This  new building will serve as the main branch of the library in the city,  and is located in A.H. Lacson Avenue corner Aragon Street in Sampaloc. The Library is open to the public from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Library was formally opened with a launching event held last October 29, 2025, just in time for its 79th anniversary.
