The Negros Occidental Librarians Association (NOCLA) and C & E Adaptive Learning Solutions will be conducting a free webinar for librarians on the topic, "Resilient Libraries through a Disaster Preparedness Plan" on September 8, 2022 (Thursday), 8 AM to 12 NN via Zoom.
The speaker is Dr. Emmanuel M. Luna, Director of Education of the UP Resilience Institute (UPRI). The webinar aims to equip library personnel with relevant knowledge and skills in crafting disaster preparedness, response, and recovery plan.
The NOCLA General Assembly and Election of New Set of Officers for 2022-2024 will follow the webinar.
