Looking for LLE review center? Libraryanihan offers Librarian Licensure Examination online refresher program 2022

Libraryanihan, in partnership with the University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Studies, is offering the 7th LIS Refresher Program this 2022. The LIS Refresher Program is designed for fresh graduates of library and information science programs (e.g., BLIS, MLIS) who wish to strengthen and update their knowledge in preparation for entering the library and information profession. Practicing librarians, archivists, and other information professionals are also welcome to join the program.

The program features leading professors and practitioners in the field, covering the following topics:

  • Cataloging, Classification, Abstracting, and Indexing: Foundations and New Standards
  • Building and Managing Collections for Libraries
  • Providing Reference and Information Services
  • Managing Libraries: Theory and Practice
  • Utilizing Information Technology in Libraries
  • Archives and Records Management: Theory and Practice

This refresher program will be offered online. The extensive course can only accommodate up to 290 participants and slots will be secured upon full payment of the registration fee.

There are two modes to choose from if you wish to enrol in this program:
  • Extensive: with online synchronous sessions, every Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM from June 19 to September 4, 2022 for ₱4,000
  • Course content only: ₱3,000
All formats include various course materials, lecture notes, and learning assessment tools which are accessible via our learning management system. Learning resources can be accessed starting June 19, 2022 until October 2, 2022.

The deposit slip or transaction receipt should indicate the registrant’s name and chosen format of the program, and it must be scanned in JPEG or PNG format and uploaded to the online registration website to complete the registration process. No need to send via email a copy of the deposit slip or transaction receipt to the program director, unless instructed to do so.

Registration is not valid unless the online registration process is complied with, and the registration fee is fully paid. 

Registration is considered valid after online registration and after the registration fee is fully paid (strictly no refund). Access credentials to the online course modules and synchronous sessions (if applicable) will be provided upon full payment of registration fee starting June 18, 2022.
