The website will include a digital library, and will serve as a means to provide online library services.  Users may now search the library's Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) through their website. Subscribed resources and open access databases are linked for the convenience of clients and researchers. eBooks can also be downloaded by registered users. The website includes a news section for news and updates on the library. Clients from Baguio City can also create accounts for full access to the library's services and resources.
