Hiring! National Archives of the Philippines needs a Social Media Manager and Website Administrator

The National Archives of the Philippines is hiring for the position of Social Media Manager and Website Administrator.

Contract Duration: March to August 2022 (6 months)

Salary: Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) per month subject to tax.


• Plan and execute campaigns for NAP’s mandates, events, etc.

• Management of the NAP official social media page

• Management of design and contents of the NAP official website

• Create content for social media accounts

• Conduct research for content creation

• Perform such other functions that may be assigned from time to time


• Fluent verbal and written English skills, Familiar with Philippines local culture and internet trends.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in social media especially with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, with hands-on management of social media accounts.

• Knowledgeable in WordPress, CSS, and HTML5

• Demonstrated experience building social media audiences, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy.

• Experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.

• Creative writing skills.

• Strong sense of design and aesthetics. Adobe Suite skills are a plus.

• Entrepreneurial, intellectually curious, self-starter, capable of working independently & collaboratively. Must have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to work fast-paced environment, and be eager to work & learn alongside colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.

• Willing to grow and take up more responsibilities as needed by the business, alongside colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
