Virtual Seminar-Workshop on Basic Records and Archives Management

Are you looking for seminars or workshops for librarians or archivists? If you are looking to learn about the basics of records and archives management, the National Archives of the Philippines will be conducting a seminar-workshop on the topic.

The National Archives of the Philippines will be conducting a five-day online regional seminar-workshop on Basic Records and Archives Management on February 20-24, 2023 (Monday to Friday), 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN via Zoom.

This online training is for personnel involved in managing records such as division heads, chief executives, information officers, secretaries, and document custodians. The training includes workshops, lectures, and discussions.

This is a paid event. For payment details, see below. This event can only accommodate 200 participants with maximum of 5 for each institution. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

Objectives:

  • Provide government personnel with the knowledge and skills
  • Teach correct attitude towards a systematic and economical records management activities

Payment & fees

There is a fee of 3,900 pesos for each participant. Registration is encouraged before payment. Deadline of registration is on before 10 February 2023. Payment with Bank deposit is accepted in the following account:

Once confirmed, participants will be sent the Zoom link. Please note that confirmation of registrations shall be closed any time if NAP has already reached the target number of participants. NAP reserves the right to deny acceptance of unconfirmed participants in the virtual link. 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, send the request to nap_training@nationalarchives.gov.ph at least one (1) week before the event. Replacement of participants is allowed as long as a written request will be submitted at least two (2) days prior to the event.
