Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) has launched its online library. Their researches, publications, technical reports, and other resources are available. The eLibrary is currently under beta testing. Users are encouraged to create an account to access.
DOST is the "executive department of the Philippine Government responsible for the coordination of science and technology-related projects in the Philippines and to formulate policies and projects in the fields of science and technology in support of national development." (Source)

PCAARRD is one of the councils of DOST to assist research and development projects on agriculture in the country. The eLibrary utilizes the Science Library Integrated Management System (SLIMS), an open-source library management system.
Users are encouraged to sign up for an account. On the eLibrary website home page, you can browse their featured publications or use the search bar to search for the information you need. Full-text publications are also available for download.
For inquiries and suggestions, the eLibrary website has 'Ask a Librarian' and 'Suggest a Book' buttons for the convenience of users.
